1. About ASG Dropship
ASG Dropship (“ASG”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Flash Chain Global Supply Chain Management Limited (Hong Kong) and Dongguan Diping Xian Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (Mainland China). 2. Scope of Services
ASG provides supply chain, fulfillment, product sourcing, private label development, custom packaging, warehousing, and ecommerce fulfillment services to business clients. All services are governed by individual service agreements signed with each client.
3. Use of This Website
This website is provided for informational purposes. By accessing asgdropship.com, you agree to use it lawfully. Reproduction of content without permission is prohibited. Forms submitted through this site are used only for responding to your inquiry.
4. Client Engagements & Contracts
Actual service engagements are governed by separate written contracts between ASG and each client. Those contracts supersede any general terms stated on this website. Pricing, SLAs, liability limits, and refund policies are defined in your individual service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of ASG Dropship or its licensors. For client engagements involving OEM/ODM development, all intellectual property rights are transferred to the client as specified in the service agreement.
6. Quality & Returns
ASG adheres to AQL inspection standards for all fulfilled orders. Detailed quality guarantees, defect tolerances, and reshipment policies are specified per-client in service agreements. General policy: if a defect results from our error, we reship at our cost without requiring evidence from the client.
7. Confidentiality
Client data, supplier information, product specifications, and business strategies shared with ASG are treated as confidential. Factory-level NDAs are standard for OEM/ODM engagements.
8. Limitation of Liability
ASG’s liability is limited to the scope defined in each client service agreement. In no event shall the website itself create liability beyond what’s stated in signed contracts. Consequential, indirect, and punitive damages are excluded except where prohibited by law.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for international clients, and the People’s Republic of China for domestic engagements. Disputes are subject to arbitration in Hong Kong or Dongguan as specified per contract.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
