Quality Control
4-Stage QC.
Zero Excuses.
AQL-standard inspections at every critical point — from supplier qualification to pre-dispatch. Photo and video proof on every batch. If a defect slips through and it’s our fault, we refund or reship — no evidence required from you.
Stage 01 · Supplier Audit
Before any order is placed, factories undergo a 40-point qualification audit: certifications, capacity, historical defect rates, worker conditions, and production infrastructure.
- 40-point on-site factory audit
- Business license & tax verification
- Past-client reference checks
Stage 02 · Production Monitor
During production, our QC engineers visit the factory floor every 48 hours. Photo and video updates pushed to your dashboard. Early issues caught before the batch ships.
- 48-hour on-site progress checks
- Specification deviation alerts
- Material batch sampling
Stage 03 · Warehouse Check
Every incoming batch receives an inspection at our warehouse. 10% sample by default; 100% inspection available for regulated products or high-risk SKUs.
- AQL Level II sampling standard
- Photo documentation archived 30 days
- Failed batches quarantined & reworked
Stage 04 · Pre-Dispatch
The final check before the parcel leaves the warehouse. Outbound photo for every order. Packaging integrity verified. Label accuracy confirmed. Tracking generated.
- 100% pre-dispatch visual check
- Outbound photo on file
- Label & addressing validation

AQL Sampling Standard
Statistical Inspection That Actually Works
We use the AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standard — the same methodology used by Fortune 500 retailers. Transparent defect tolerances, scientifically sampled.
| Batch Size | Sample Size (Level II) | Critical Defects Zero-tolerance |
Major Defects AQL 2.5 |
Minor Defects AQL 4.0 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 151 – 280 | 32 | 0 | 2 | 3 |
| 281 – 500 | 50 | 0 | 3 | 5 |
| 501 – 1,200 | 80 | 0 | 5 | 7 |
| 1,201 – 3,200 | 125 | 0 | 7 | 10 |
| 3,201 – 10,000 | 200 | 0 | 10 | 14 |
Full inspection (100% check) available on request for regulated products, high-risk SKUs, or batches with prior defect history. Numbers show maximum acceptable defects to pass the batch.
What We Catch
Where the 90% of Defects Actually Hide
Across 50,000+ batches inspected, here’s where defects typically cluster. Our QC teams are trained specifically on these high-risk patterns.
Protect Your BrandScratches, blemishes, color inconsistency, printing defects
Size deviation, tolerances out of spec, assembly misalignment
Feature doesn’t work as specified, battery life below spec
Wrong logo, incorrect language, missing compliance marks
Torn boxes, crushed corners, unsealed seams
Critical — failed safety tests, non-compliant materials
