This Privacy Policy explains how ASG Dropship (“ASG”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data you share with us through this website or as part of a service engagement. We treat your data with the same care we expect for our own.

ASG Dropship is operated by Flash Chain Global Supply Chain Management Limited (Hong Kong) and Dongguan Diping Xian Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (Mainland China). 2. What Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Give Us

Inquiry & strategy-call forms: name, email, company / store name, phone or WhatsApp, country, monthly order volume, target market, and the message you send.
Contact form: name, email, inquiry type, subject and message.
Newsletter subscription: email address.
Partner Program application: name, email, country, channel type, channel URL or handle, audience size, monthly reach, existing partnerships, promotion methods, expected referral volume, and any notes.
Account registration: first name, email, optional company name, hashed password.
Service engagement (if you become a client): ordering data, shipping addresses, supplier and product details, communication history, payment references, and operational records (QC photos, tracking numbers, exception reports).

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Technical logs: IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps. Used for security, debugging and aggregate analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

To respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and onboard you as a client.
To fulfill the services described in your individual service agreement (sourcing, QC, warehousing, packing, shipping, after-sales).
To send transactional emails: form-submission confirmation, account notifications, password reset, shipping updates.
To send our newsletter only if you subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time.
To review and reply to Partner Program applications.
To detect fraud, abuse and security threats, and to comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Legal Bases (EU/UK Visitors)

Consent — for newsletter subscription and optional marketing.
Contract — to provide the services you have engaged us for or are evaluating.
Legitimate interests — running the business, securing the site, replying to your inquiries.
Legal obligation — tax, customs, and other regulatory record-keeping.

5. Who We Share Information With

We share the minimum necessary data with vetted service providers, only as required to deliver our services:

Logistics & carrier partners — to ship parcels (shipping address, weight, order ID).
Manufacturing & sourcing suppliers — only the product specs and quantities they need to fulfill your order.
Payment processors (Wise, PayPal, bank transfer correspondents) — for invoice settlement.
Email-delivery providers (FluentSMTP via SMTP relay) — for transactional and notification emails.
Government authorities — only where legally required (customs declarations, tax filings).

We have written confidentiality terms with every supply-chain partner. Supplier names and pricing in your account are treated as your IP and are not used by us in other client work.

6. International Data Transfers

ASG operates from Hong Kong and Mainland China and serves clients globally. By engaging us, you understand and agree that your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country. We apply appropriate safeguards (contractual protections, encryption in transit and at rest) regardless of where the data is processed.

7. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Our website uses a minimal set of cookies:

Essential cookies — required for site functionality, session management and login.
Performance cookies — aggregated analytics so we can improve the site (anonymized IPs).

You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; some features (like account login) may not work without them. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels for advertising.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

Form submissions — retained for up to 24 months for follow-up and audit. Deleted earlier on request.
Newsletter list — retained until you unsubscribe.
Account data — retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
Service-engagement records — retained as required by tax and customs law in the relevant jurisdiction (typically 5–7 years).
QC photo archive — retained for 30 days from shipping date unless your service agreement specifies longer.

9. How We Protect Your Data

HTTPS / TLS on all pages and form submissions.
Encrypted storage of credentials (hashed passwords, no plain-text storage).
Role-based access — only the staff who need your data have access.
Account lockout after 5 failed login attempts.
Regular plugin and security updates.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you within 72 hours and outline the steps we are taking.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations above).
Object to processing or restrict it in certain cases.
Receive a portable copy of your data.
Withdraw consent for newsletter or marketing.
Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

11. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

12. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites (e.g. supplier portals, payment gateways, social channels). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Read those before submitting personal information to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page and, where required, by email to active clients and account holders. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
