When I started ASG in 2019, I watched Western founders lose years trying to make Alibaba relationships behave like enterprise partners. The gap wasn’t about language or price — it was about systems. Sourcing, QC, packaging, fulfillment, customs all lived with different people, each accountable to nobody.
ASG is built to close that gap. One governance model. One dedicated team per client. One P&L view. Every year we ship 15–20 million more orders, and the brands we ship for get more freedom to focus on marketing + product, not logistics emergencies. That’s the whole mission. Seven Things We Believe Make the Difference.
Brand integrity > short-term margin
We lose business when we recommend the cheaper supplier over the pricier one. We do it anyway when brand quality demands it.
Your data belongs to you
Supplier lists, pricing, SKU data, customer info — all yours, always. No lock-in, no vendor-captured relationships.
Real names, real accountability
Every client has a named account manager with a direct line. No ticket queues, no generic inboxes.
Transparent pricing, always
Unit cost, freight, QC, prep, pack — each broken out line-by-line on every invoice. No consolidated “service fee” hiding margin.
QC is non-negotiable
AQL 2.5 inspection on every batch. Defective units get flagged and reworked before they ship, not after customers complain.
Slow is fine. Unreliable is not.
We’d rather tell you a 45-day lead time and hit 45 days than promise 30 and deliver 52. Predictability is the service.
Say no when appropriate
We’ve turned down categories outside our capability (regulated medical, firearms, certain food). Saying no protects the clients we do take.

To Be Clear
What ASG Is Not.
Marketing pages love lists of what a company does. Here’s what we deliberately don’t do, so there’s no confusion.
We’re not a 3PL
Generic 3PLs (ShipBob, Deliverr) fulfill your existing inventory. We source and manufacture it first. The pack-out is the last step, not the whole job.
We’re not a marketplace
Alibaba + AliExpress are catalogs. We’re the operating team that translates those suppliers into a managed, QC’d, brand-grade supply chain.
We’re not a broker
We don’t just pass your order to a factory and take a margin. We own the contract, own the QC, own the delivery, own the outcome.
We’re not for drop-in validation
If you’re testing 5 SKUs with $500/month ad spend and don’t know your market yet, we’re probably overbuilt for you. Come back at 200+ orders/mo.
We’re not a marketing agency
We don’t run ads, write copy, optimize conversion, or manage Amazon PPC. We do refer vetted agency partners who specialize.
We’re not a SaaS-only tool
Our app is one entry point, but the real value is human operators. If you want self-service-only, our tooling alone won’t substitute for the team.
