What’s the turnaround time for prep?
Standard: 48–72 hours from receipt at our warehouse to outbound freight pickup. Peak season (Q4): up to 96 hours. Rush prep (24-hour turnaround) available for a 40% surcharge on labor tasks.
Do you handle Amazon UK / EU / JP prep too?
Yes. Each marketplace has its own labeling and compliance requirements. Our team is trained on all five (US, UK, EU, JP, CA). EU shipments include VAT / IOSS handling. UK shipments include post-Brexit documentation.
