Solutions-Level Questions
What to Know Before Picking a Path.
Can I use multiple solutions at the same time?
Yes — most scaled brands do. A typical client might use Shopify Dropshipping for their main DTC store, Amazon FBA for marketplace presence, and Cross-Border for international expansion. All five solutions share the same supplier network and warehousing infrastructure, so multi-channel clients pay per service but work with one account team.
How is “Solutions” different from “Services”?
Services are individual capabilities (Dropshipping Agent, Sourcing, Fulfillment, Brand Packaging, FBA Prep, QC). Solutions are pre-assembled packages of those services for a specific sales scenario. Think: services are ingredients, solutions are recipes.
What if I’m running a platform not listed here?
Check the Platform Integrations page — we support WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay, Wix, Squarespace, and custom ERP/CSV/SFTP integrations. If your platform isn’t on that list either, email janson@asgdropship.com and we’ll confirm compatibility — we’ve built custom connectors for private ERP systems before.
How do you quote across different solutions?
Each solution has transparent per-service pricing. You pay for what you use: sourcing margin (~3–8%), fulfillment per-order fee ($0.22–$0.38), storage per cubic foot, shipping at carrier cost. Solutions packages don’t change unit pricing — they just bundle the right services for your scenario and assign a dedicated account manager.
Do I commit to a specific solution upfront?
No contract lock-in on solution choice. You can start with Shopify Dropshipping, add Amazon FBA in month 4, add Cross-Border in month 9. The underlying infrastructure adapts; you just add or remove service lines. Monthly billing, 30-day notice to exit any service line.
I’m not based in China. Does that matter?
No. ASG’s client base is 82% US/UK/EU-based. Communication is English-first. Billing supports USD, GBP, EUR, plus HKD for Asia-Pacific operations. Your HK entity (Flash Chain Global Supply Chain Management Limited) handles international contracts and invoicing. Contracts are governed by Hong Kong or Singapore law at your option.
