Depends on your situation. Path A (in-stock products): 24–48 hours from first call to first shipment dispatched. Path B (custom products): 3–6 days for label/packaging changes, 5–10 days for standard OEM, 15–30 days for deep ODM with new tooling. Either way, by the end of your first call, you’ll have a written timeline with specific deliverable dates.
Why does Path A feel almost too fast?+
Because most agents over-engineer onboarding to feel “professional” — long discovery, lengthy proposals, week-long approvals. We don’t sell process; we sell shipping. Four ready warehouses, 2,300+ vetted factories, automated procurement systems, and a 200-person team mean if you have proven products and we have the supplier match, the only delay is paperwork. We compress paperwork to 12 hours.
Why does Path B take 30 days for deep ODM? Can it be faster?+
For genuine new product creation involving new molds and original engineering, 15–30 days is already aggressive — most boutique agents quote 60–90 days for the same scope. We get there faster because we run engineering, prototyping, and packaging design in parallel, not sequentially. If you need to compress further, you almost certainly want Mode B2 (Standard OEM) instead — it covers most “differentiation” needs without new tooling, in 5–10 days.
Why do you handle so much vs. other agents?+
Most agents sell labor — a person in China clicking buttons for you. We sell organization. What’s the minimum contract length?+
No minimum. Most clients run on rolling monthly billing after initial setup. We’re confident enough in the work that lock-in shouldn’t be necessary. That said, if you commit to 6-month or 12-month terms, we offer custom pricing and priority slots in our roadmap.
What about MOQs for custom packaging or OEM?+
Mode B1 (Quick Customization): typical MOQ 100–300 units for printed packaging. Mode B2 (Standard OEM): typically 50–300 units for first batch, scaling up after validation. Mode B3 (Deep ODM): trial production 50–300 units, then mass production by your forecast. We design MOQs to match e-commerce reality — no warehouse-busting 5,000-unit orders unless you specifically request bulk pricing.
Can my agency or consultant join the calls?+
Yes. Many clients bring in their e-commerce agency, CFO, or technical advisor for kickoff and key reviews. We provision Portal access with role-based permissions — read-only for advisors, edit for ops, admin for founders. No extra cost.
What if my requirements change mid-engagement?+
Expected. Scope changes are handled through change-order process: your Account Manager documents the change, impact on timeline + pricing, and you approve in writing. Common mid-engagement changes (adding a new channel, new SKU category, new market) typically take 3–7 days to integrate.
