Both Paths Run On This

The ASG Operating System. One Login. Four Promises.

Other agents run on WhatsApp + Excel. Whichever path you pick, this is the operating layer underneath.

01

One Order, One Status

Every order shows where it is — right now — without anyone asking.

02

One Order, One Owner

Every order is assigned to a named team member at every node. No more “who’s handling this?”

03

One Order, One Evidence

Photo per parcel before shipping. 30-day archive. Bad review? Look it up in 10 seconds.

04

One Order, One Closing Loop

Every exception logged with cause + resolution. Same issue never happens twice silently.

Custom Client Portal

One Login. For Every Part of Your Supply Chain.

Not a SaaS license you rent. A custom portal you log into, with the data your team needs — nothing they don’t.

FAQ

Before You Book That Discovery Call. Quick Answers.

Is 48 hours from kickoff to first ship realistic, or marketing copy?

It’s realistic for in-stock SKUs you’ve already validated. If we have to source, sample, custom-pack, or open a mould, you’re on Path B. We don’t pretend otherwise.

What if I’m switching from another agent mid-flight?

We migrate in-transit orders before the cutover. Your old agent ships what they’ve already received; we pick up everything new. Zero customer disruption. We’ve done this 40+ times.

Path B B3 ODM — what happens if 30 days isn’t enough?

If we can’t meet the 30-day commitment, we tell you at the design-lock checkpoint (day 14) — not on day 31. You can pause, pivot, or cancel with full refund of unused tooling deposits.

Who owns the IP / tooling / design?

You do. Tooling ownership transferred to client — written into the contract Day 1. CAD files, tech specs, factory contacts — all transferred. No lock-in via IP hostage.

What’s the minimum order volume to start?

Path A: no minimum. We’ve onboarded sellers at 5 orders/day. Path B: practical minimum is 100–300 units per production run, depending on tier.

Are these FAQs based on real questions or marketing?

Real. Pulled from Reddit r/dropship, r/ecommerce, our intake calls, and 6 years of repeated questions during onboarding. We’ll refresh this list every 90 days as new themes emerge.
