What’s the difference between this page and the FBA Prep service page?
This page (Amazon FBA Sellers) is the full seller journey — sourcing, manufacturing, branding, prep, and routing to FBA. The FBA Prep Service is standalone prep only: FNSKU labels, poly bagging, bubble, carton prep. Use the prep service if you already have a finished product that just needs to enter FBA. Use this page’s full stack if you’re sourcing + launching a new private-label SKU from scratch.
Can I start with just one SKU?
Yes. Most clients start with 1–3 SKUs to validate the ASG workflow and Amazon launch execution before scaling. No multi-SKU minimum. Typical first-SKU investment: $5,000–$10,000 total (product + packaging + freight + prep + listing assets).
Do you handle Amazon Brand Registry enrollment?
We don’t file your trademark application (that’s a legal service), but we guide you through it: select a trademark attorney, provide logo + brand assets, prepare evidence (product photos with logo visible), and enroll in Brand Registry once the trademark is approved. Typically 6–9 month process — we recommend starting the TM filing alongside your first production run.
How do you avoid counterfeiting / hijacking risks on new listings?
Three-part protection: (1) private-label manufacturing ensures your SKU is visibly different from generic Amazon listings; (2) Amazon Brand Registry with trademark protects your listing copy + images legally; (3) custom packaging + inserts with brand codes make verification physical. Together, this makes hijacking uneconomical for counterfeiters.
What happens if my Amazon account gets suspended?
We don’t manage your Amazon account itself (that’s between you and Seller Central), but if a suspension occurs mid-shipment, we hold your inventory in our warehouse at standard storage rates ($2.50/cu ft/mo) until reinstatement. Many clients also use this inventory for DTC sales through their Shopify store as a backup channel — we can configure that integration.
How do you handle Amazon-specific packaging rules (like SIOC, Frustration-Free)?
SIOC (Ships In Own Container) and Frustration-Free Packaging certifications require specific packaging design standards (drop-tested, minimal void fill, easy-open). We design for these standards from the start for clients who opt in — typically adds 5–8% to packaging cost but qualifies you for FBA fee discounts and better Amazon placement.
Can you do the full Amazon listing, or just supply the products?
Both. Our standard stack covers supply + listing assets (photos, A+ content, copy). Full listing management (PPC, keyword bidding, review management) is a separate service partnership — we refer clients to vetted Amazon agencies we’ve worked with for years.
