Will ASG replace Oberlo / DSers for my store?
Yes — ASG covers everything Oberlo/DSers do (product import, order routing, tracking sync) plus what they don’t (direct factory supply, branded packaging service, overseas warehouses, dedicated account manager, custom sourcing). Many merchants uninstall Oberlo within the first 30 days.
Can I import products that aren’t in your catalog yet?
Yes. Send us any product URL (AliExpress, 1688, Taobao, Alibaba, even an image). Our sourcing team quotes within 48 hours and adds it to your private catalog. This is our Product Sourcing service — included at no extra charge for active ASG clients.
What happens to my existing Shopify orders mid-migration?
Migration is non-disruptive. Your existing supplier continues fulfilling until the cutover date. On cutover, new orders auto-route to ASG while legacy orders complete with the old supplier. Typical migration takes 7–10 days with no downtime.
Do you support Shopify Markets for multi-country stores?
Yes. Shopify Markets customers get automatic warehouse routing — US orders ship from LA, EU orders ship from Germany, rest-of-world from China. Currency conversion, localized tracking, and IOSS/VAT handling are all native. See our Cross-Border page for details.
How does pricing compare to Spocket’s premium plans?
Spocket Pro is $49/month with a limited US-supplier catalog and 3–7 day shipping from US retailers (often higher unit cost). ASG is free to install; you pay per order. Unit cost is typically 25–40% lower because we’re direct-to-factory. Shipping parity with Spocket US suppliers when using our US warehouse option.
What if my store is still early (0–20 orders/mo)?
